The Wonderware Industry Pack for Water & Wastewater provides an open and standardized set of components for easy and fast implementation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for water and wastewater operations. This library of reusable components has been specifically designed to help you reduce cost and time of application design, deployment and maintenance as well as to increase consistency and standardization throughout your water or wastewater operations. Components available with this Industry Pack include a library of industry specific graphics with animation and standard operation faceplates, a set of corresponding application objects and a sample demo application.

Industry Application for Facilities Management

The Wonderware Industry Application for Facilities Management provides an open and standardized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for facilities management solutions, able to collect and process building automation information from large distributed campuses or multiple buildings under central supervision. This new application not only integrates mechanical systems, security / personnel access, fire / life safety, lighting, energy / utility, maintenance and other facility components, but also helps facility managers capture domain knowledge into standard application objects for reuse, support, maintenance and deployment across the enterprise.

Components available in The Wonderware Industry Application for Facilities Management include a library of templates with graphic components designed specifically for facilities management with animation and standard faceplates, a set of device integration and application objects, as well as Data Acquisition Servers (DAS) for native BACnet® and i.LON® SmartServer solutions.  Optionally, an Application Generator Tool for BACnet systems is provided to accelerate, simplify and help standardize integration with these building and facility systems. To facilitate integration with various systems, the base facilities platform supports standard protocols including OPC, MODBUS, SNMP, XML, ODBC as well as others for total facilities integration needs.

The Industry Application for Packaging is a pre-configured, bundled software module specifically designed for the needs of the packaging process. Line efficiencies and productivity are gained through fast, disciplined changeovers and visibility to throughput, performance, OEE, downtime & alarms. Wonderware Well Field Application manages wells by providing on demand reports which can be sorted by asset, route, operator or foreman, and show at a glance whether wells are underperforming or meeting production targets. Assets in need of intervention can be quickly identified, allowing for problem wells to be prioritized, saving time and truck hours.
